What is the "Path to People Management" program?
The "Path to People Management" is a professional development training program designed for high-potential individual contributors. It blends interactive virtual workshops, personalized 1:1 coaching, and peer learning to help you expand your leadership presence, influence across teams, and prepare for future management roles.

Leadership Labs: Six biweekly 2-hour live virtual workshops via Zoom.

One on One Coaching: Three 45-minute executive coaching sessions.

Peer Pods: Three monthly facilitated small group discussions.

Who should apply for this program?
This program is specifically designed for individual contributors (ICs) with 2-7 years of professional experience who do not currently have direct reports or management experience. It's ideal for those identified as emerging leaders, on track for promotion, or eager to develop essential leadership skills and highlight management-ready experience for career advancement.
