Our Pathway to People Management Program includes the following components.
Participants will be required to attend all engagements to be qualified for the certification.
Bi-weekly
Learning Labs
We meet bi-weekly, for 2 hours, during scheduled dates (see below for schedule). Sessions are a mix of learning management topics, guest speakers & workshopping best practices.
1:1 Executive Coaching
You will receive three 1:1 Management Coaching Sessions with a certified Executive Coach, guiding you through your goals & supporting you through the program.
Peer to Peer Exchanges
A portion of our time together will be dedicated to encouraging participants to bring curiosity and workplace challenges into the space in order to learn from each other.

Priya Sodha helps emerging leaders step into people management with confidence, clarity, and a little bit of sparkle. As CEO of Innergem, she’s spent over a decade coaching and training leaders to communicate effectively, inspire their teams, and handle challenges with ease.
Known for her interactive style and knack for turning leadership theory into real-world action, Priya holds her Masters in Organizational Change from The New School in NYC. In her sessions, she blends practical tools, relatable stories, and just the right amount of humor to make learning stick. Her sessions leave new and upcoming managers ready to lead with confidence, empathy, and impact.

With over a decade of experience leading diverse teams, he's developed a unique ability to inspire growth and drive cross-functional collaboration. Most recently, he designed a pioneering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging program for a virtual workforce of over 2,800 employees.

The "Path to People Management" is a professional development training program designed for high-potential individual contributors. It blends interactive virtual workshops, personalized 1:1 coaching, and peer learning to help you expand your leadership presence, influence across teams, and prepare for future management roles.

This program is specifically designed for individual contributors (ICs) with 2-7 years of professional experience who do not currently have direct reports or management experience. It's ideal for those identified as emerging leaders, on track for promotion, or eager to develop essential leadership skills and highlight management-ready experience for career advancement.
