Our
Story
Innergem was founded on a simple but powerful belief: when people feel connected—to their purpose, to each other, and to their work—they perform at their best.
After years of working in organizational development and facilitating trainings across industries, our founder, Priya Sodha, noticed a gap—many teams were checking boxes instead of building real capability. That’s when Innergem was born.

We believe people learn best while doing. We ditched the traditional workplace training framework & set out to change how teams learn by making group centered work more engaging, practical & rooted in personal and professional growth.
Since then, we’ve worked with organizations ranging from fast-growing companies to city governments, helping teams communicate more clearly, lead more confidently, and collaborate more effectively.

About our CEO
Priya Sodha
Priya is a skilled leadership development professional, with over 17 years of experience working with professionals from entry level up to C-Suite executives. She specializes in transformational leadership & collaborative trainings for high performing groups & teams. She is fun, she is energetic, and most of all she is authentic in her approach. ​

With a Masters in Organizational Training from The New School, in NYC, she has designed and led impactful programs for a diverse range of industries, including city governments, national nonprofits and major companies. Her approach combines strategic insight with practical tools to foster growth and resilience.​

Priya believes in the power of integrating ourselves into the workplace, helping teams learn how to stay resilient & mindful in high stress times. Her experience as a mindfulness & yoga instructor allows her to bring unique and dynamic techniques into all her sessions that will help your staff manage emotions whilst enhancing their workplace skills.
