The G.E.M. Cohort
Studies show group learning allows training participants to benefit from diverse perspectives, share experiences & collaborate on problem solving. Through a blend of interactive training, peer learning, and coaching, G.E.M. Cohort participants will develop the confidence, communication, and mindset needed to lead without formal authority and build their leadership toolkit early in an encouraging and collaborative learning community.

Our first session together helps you understand how to be an influential leader without a formal title by owning your unique voice and value in your current role.
Session 2: Emotional Intelligence in Action
Develop your self-awareness, empathy, and resilience to effectively navigate conflict and remain composed when under pressure.
Session 3: Communicating With Influence
Learn to master storytelling and executive presence to communicate assertively and strategically, ensuring your voice is heard and your message is aligned with organizational goals.
Session 4: Building Trust & Inclusive Collaborati
Discover how to create psychological safety and trust within your team, enabling you to manage and collaborate effectively across diverse backgrounds, power dynamics, and identities.
Session 5: Feedback and Self-Advocacy
This module provides practical tools for giving and receiving feedback skillfully, as well as how to proactiely leverage feedback for your own growth and professional development opportunities.
Session 6: Think Like A Manager
Transition into the managerial mindset by developing skills in strategic decision-making, systems thinking, and prioritization, all while embracing accountability and a clear vision for your team's development.

Julius thrives on creating inclusive environments and fostering meaningful organizational change. With over a decade of experience leading diverse teams, he's developed a unique ability to inspire growth and drive cross-functional collaboration. Most recently, he designed a pioneering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging program for a virtual workforce of over 2,800 employees.
He holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University and is dedicated to helping new managers build their leadership presence. Julius is excited to share his relatable approach to empower you to confidently step into your future role as a people manager.
