Priya Sodha, she/her

About

Priya Sodha founded Innergem in 2020, during the Pandemic. Prior to launching Innergem, she spent 15 years moving her way up in leadership within nonprofits & in the university system. She served as an Executive Director for a CA based nonprofit & led trainings, nationwide, for DEI professionals. In her most recent role, spent her time coaching individuals in career transitions & managing workplace dynamics. During this time, her best friend past away from cancer & she knew she had to make a change in her life. When reflecting on what matters the most, Priya knew that her career journey led her to inspiring professionals to tap into their inner potential. She created Innergem to help teams & individuals work better, together.

Amidst the pandemic, Marissa embarked on a journey of self-reinvention, driven by a passion for personal growth. She took a daring leap and established her own business in brand development, recognizing the need to align with organizations sharing her mission and values. 

This led her to Priya, the visionary behind Innergem. Deeply moved by their conversation on unlocking potential and empowering individuals in their careers. Determined to help people realize their full potential and make a significant impact, she utilized her expertise in brand development and design to create captivating content that inspired, motivated, and ignited a spark in both individuals and organizations.
